Family Photography has my heart. Besides the people that live in my house, our photos are my most treasured belongings. I love being able to look back over all the years and adorable stages of my children, reliving all the fun memories. And I LOVE helping other families have the same!
As a mom of 4, I love the chaos that comes from working with all the family dynamics... My youngest kids are twins, and when they were born- I had a 4 year old, a 1 year old and 2 newborns. I promise I have seen it all!! So bring me your squirmy toddlers, squishy babies, moody teenagers cranky dads, and lets get some amazing photos for your family!

Family Sessions are typically done outdoors. The best time of day for this is anywhere within 2 hours after sunrise, or 2 hours before sunset. This allows for the most flattering lighting to help everyone look their best!
When to book
Neutral colors are always best- cream, white, ivory. Soft pastels look great on camera as well. Try to avoid busy patterns and neon colors.
When you book a session with me, I will send you a style guide with tips on how to dress the whole family!
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Family Sessions are typically photographed outdoors. I have several locations that I love to use. Depending on the look you want for your photos, I will recommend one of my favorite spots where I know we will get the best lighting and amazing photos!
what location should i choose?
I photograph families year round, so you can book at any time. My calendar does fill up quickly in Spring and Fall, so I would recommend booking 4-6 weeks ahead during these seasons.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK YOU?
Right now I serve families in Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas.
do you travel?
The total cost for a Family Session is $325. This includes up to an hour of shooting time and an online gallery of at least 30 digital images for you to keep. Print options are also available for an additional cost.
When you book your session, $125 is due to reserve your date, and the remaining $200 will be due the day of your session.
